We aim to send out your order within 5 working days from receipt of the order dependent upon stock levels. Usually you will receive your order the following day except for on Fridays and then it'll probably be Monday.
Our usual shipping charge is £6.95 per order, per UK delivery address, no matter how many items you order! All orders of £60 or more will be delivered free.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands).
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence that goods have been received. Overseas orders - delivery times will be quoted, along with a specific quote for the delivery charge.For overseas please contact us for a transport quote.
